«порознь, но не вместе» (букв.)
1) тип соглашения, устанавливающий границы ответственности андеррайтеров при продаже ценных бумаг. Члены группы андеррайтеров соглашаются выкупить некоторое количество акций новой эмиссии, но не берут на себя коллективных обязательств за акции, не проданные другими членами группы; 2) в целом — согласие группы андеррайтеров принять на себя индивидуальные обязательства, но не нести ответственность за обязательства других членов группы (см. jointly and severally)
